Refund policy

We take great care packaging your plants prior to shipping, and we only ship to you plants that are of the highest quality.

In the unfortunate circumstance that your package is delayed in the post, and the plants you receive are damaged, Tankquility will replace (if stock is available) or refund your purchase.

To be eligible for a replacement/refund, you will need to notify us via email within 12 hours of arrival of your package.  Please attach a photo to the email clearly showing the damage to the plants received.

Please note that we do not accept returns due to strict quarantine processes within our nursery.

We will notify you once we’ve considered your request, and let you know if the replacement/refund was approved or not. If approved, your replacements will be posted to you within 10 business days (dependent on stock being available), or you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven't received your replacement/refund, please contact us at contact@tankquility.com.au
